Staffmark Group is hiring a Warehouse Order Packer for the New Iberia, LA location. The role involves picking, packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while ensuring accuracy and speed to keep orders moving.

Typical schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a pay rate of $12.00 per hour. Applicants should have 1+ year of production experience, the ability to lift 30 lbs, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of production experience.
• Attention to detail in packaging/production work.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends if needed.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively.
• Must have basic reading and writing skills.
• Must have math skills (addition and multiplication).
• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform other related duties.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Recognize and comply with health, safety, and environmental rules and policies.
• Report all incidents/accidents to the supervisor immediately.
