Job summary

Staff Perm, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Order Fulfillment Associate for the 2nd shift in Romeoville, IL. You will ensure accurate packing and shipping of HVAC parts, verify orders with RF scanners or pick tickets, and prepare shipments while maintaining safety and quality.

You will participate in a high-volume environment, meet packing standards, and collaborate with multiple teams to support peak-season volume and continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Must pass a drug test including THC.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Steel toe boots required.
• Background check completed.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

• Verify part numbers, quantities, and order accuracy using RF scanners or pick tickets.
• Select and prepare cartons, dunnage, and packaging materials for shipment.
• Label, seal, and stage packages for outbound shipping.
• Maintain productivity and quality performance standards.
• Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items to leadership.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Keep packing stations clean and stocked.
• Support rework and peak-season volume projects as needed.
• Collaborate with picking, shipping, inventory, and quality teams.

Become a key part of our warehouse operations as a Warehouse Order Fulfillment Associate on the 2nd shift, ensuring precise packing and shipping of HVAC parts and components.

This position involves fulfilling customer and dealer orders by accurately packing small HVAC parts and service components in a high-volume warehouse. You will verify orders using RF scanners or pick tickets, prepare shipments, and maintain safety and quality standards throughout the process.

Job Details

• PAY RATE: 20.00 hour
• LOCATION: Romeoville, IL 60446
• HOURS: 3:00pm to 11:30pm
• POSITIONS: 10 Positions Temp to Hire

Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Pass a Drug Test including THC.
• Steel toe boots or shoes rated ASTM f2413-18 (proof required) before start date.
• Puncture proof inserts for safety boots before start date.
• Complete a Background Check.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse experience.
