Job summary

Fisher59, LLC is seeking a warehouse worker to build customer orders by palletizing products and preparing shipments. You will operate forklifts and pallet jacks, inspect equipment, and learn product codes while maintaining a clean, organized warehouse.

The role requires physical stamina, ability to lift up to 160 lbs, and proficiency with basic math and English communication. Pre-employment screenings are required, and prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work with computer programs associated with the performance of the position.
• Good communication skills, ability to work well with all levels of the organization, to organize, and prioritize.
• Decision making, thoroughness and time management a must.
• Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Must pass all pre-employment screenings including a physical, drug test and background investigation.
• Able to work independently in a fast paced warehouse operation and learn product locations.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English as it relates to the job and to the safety regulations.
• Work experience in warehouse or other field preferred.
• Must be able to constantly lift 20-50 lbs. and frequently up to 160 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment (pallet jacks, walkie-riders, forklifts) safely.
• Walkie Rider / Pallet Jack inspections daily.
• Learn all product / date codes.
• Prepare customer orders for shipment using iPod and scanner.
• Operate warehouse vehicles and equipment through all areas to collect product from pallets and storage areas.
• Build stable pallets of varied shapes/sizes.
• Keep warehouse clean and orderly; trash removal and pallet leveling.
• Verify correct products on each order.
• Report efficiency issues to management.
• Accurately pull product and stage orders at QA station.
• Add tags to pallets at QA station.
• Collect breakers and deposits in repack room.
• Ensure pallets are stacked neatly.
• Clean assigned isles; sweep and down stack.
