Job summary

Alpitronic is seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to support our growing operations in Charlotte, NC. You will receive materials, organize inventory, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to 5S and Lean principles.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and collaboration within a fast-paced production environment. Prior warehouse experience and forklift certification are beneficial for success in this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to become certified.
• Experience using inventory or ERP systems is a plus.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office, data entry and inventory transactions.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Positive attitude with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials, verify quantities, and inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies.
• Label, organize, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer and production orders for shipment.
• Support manufacturing by ensuring materials are available where and when needed.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions using warehouse management and ERP systems.
• Perform weekly cycle counts and assist with annual physical inventory.
• Follow all safety policies and operating procedures.
