Job summary

Toyota Motor Credit Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to oversee parts fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and SOPs at our Irvine facility. The role combines hands-on warehouse execution with continuous process improvement and adherence to NAMC guidelines.

Qualified candidates have 3–5 years in warehouse roles, experience with Syspro or similar WMS, and a valid driver's license. OT may be required during peak seasons; comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years progressive warehouse experience in automotive/manufacturing.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (Syspro a plus).
• Clear, concise documentation skills and strong organizational knowledge.
• Ability to obtain sit-down forklift and pallet jack certification on hire.

Responsibilities

• Pull and kit parts accurately according to daily schedule.
• Pack orders into returnable totes following NAMC guidelines.
• Operate forklifts and packing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain real-time inventory movements and assist with cycles counts.
