Job summary

ALDI offers a Warehouse Operations Internship designed to give real-world exposure at America’s fastest growing grocery retailer. You will learn what drives our store operations and what it takes to excel in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Position Type: Full-Time. Hours: 40 hours per week for a 10-week program. Wage: $28.00 per hour plus eligibility for overtime. Successful completion may lead to a full-time opportunity upon graduation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Learn roles and importance of leading by building a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to understand operations.
• Assist leadership with training and administrative tasks.
• Prepare presentations and reports on warehouse operations.
• Attend trainings and meetings; maintain high professionalism.
• Support Inventory Control and waste reduction initiatives.
