Job summary

Superior-Bindery-Inc is seeking a dependable Warehouse Team Member to support the efficient movement, storage, and organization of inventory in our busy facility. You will operate warehouse equipment, conduct safety checks, and record inventory data, while collaborating with teammates to meet daily goals.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of related experience, and forklift certification, in a physically active warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Stock management: Organizing and storing inventory in designated areas, maintaining organized aisles and performing inventory counts as needed.
• Equipment operation: Potentially operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Safety and cleanliness: Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Safety checks and equipment maintenance: Conducting routine safety checks and maintaining warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Data entry: Recording inventory, tracking shipments, and managing order information in the systems.
• Team collaboration: Working with teammates to meet production goals and maintain efficiency.
• Assorted duties: Completing other responsibilities to achieve position goals.
