The Associate, Warehouse Operations role ensures accurate receiving and preparation of shipments, operating equipment, managing inventory, and maintaining safety and teamwork across dry, cooler, and freezer zones.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, day shifts, and overnight schedules.
• One year of experience in food distribution or a warehouse environment preferred.
• One year of experience operating powered warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stow, pick, pack and ship shipments with safety and accuracy.
• Operate warehouse equipment and manage inventory.
• Maintain safety, quality and teamwork in daily operations.
• Match product descriptions with label descriptions accurately.
• Build pallets to meet customer guidelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
