Cardinal Health, Inc. is hiring for an Assoc II, Warehouse Ops in Alaska to support inbound/outbound activities and meet quality, safety, and productivity standards. You will follow SOPs to pick, check, and prepare orders for shipment.

The role requires 1–2 years of warehouse experience, a HS diploma or GED, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment. A $1000 new-hire sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related warehouse experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with material handling equipment strongly preferred.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift (8+ hours).
• Must be able to work overtime with little to no advance notice.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
• Comfortable working with heights 20-30 ft regularly.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders: picking, quality checks, sorting, pallet building and wrapping, packing, loading, and shipment preparation.
• Pick large case items with equipment or small units and place on designated cart.
• Cross-train in multiple areas and participate in projects.
• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) to check in/out products.
• Operate material handling equipment as required (e.g., cherry picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack).
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and perform routine inventory tasks.
• Report concerns and participate in associate meetings.
