Job summary

Cardinal Health in Walton Hills, OH is seeking an Assoc II, Warehouse Ops to pick, pack, and ship orders in a fast-paced environment. You will operate material handling equipment, maintain safety and quality standards, and participate in cross-training across multiple warehouse areas.

Training is provided from day one, with mandatory overtime as needed. Employees benefit from a comprehensive benefits program and new-hire incentives including a $1000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Must be able to work overtime with little to no advance notice.
• Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds and ability to stand for entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs to process orders: picking, quality checks, packing, and shipping.
• Operate order picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, and walkie rider as needed.
• Utilize WMS to check in/out products and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to safety policies.
