Job summary

Byrne, head-quartered in LaFayette, NY, is hiring a Warehouse Operator for the BCV - D1 shift (6am-6:30pm) at our Cortland, NY facility. You will manage production orders, use the Inventory Management System, print labels, and prepare shipping documents to keep pallets moving and orders on schedule.

You will operate palletizing equipment, troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime, handle forklifts per safety protocols, and support startup activities as Byrne scales its new warehouse operations in

Qualifications

• Minimum of GED or High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior PIT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate palletizing equipment and supply pallets to maintain production flow.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime and maintain quality.
• Use Inventory Management System handheld scanners to track inventory accurately.
• Move finished goods and materials to proper locations for shipping.
• Safely operate powered industrial trucks according to safety protocols.
• Assist with staffing coverage during breaks to ensure line continuity.
• Support startup activities and ongoing warehouse improvements as Byrne scales.
