Job summary

Byrne seeks a Warehouse Operator to support a new Cortland facility. You will handle palletizing, labeling, and shipment preparation while using an inventory system and handheld scanners to ensure accurate stock movement.

The role requires operating forklifts, assisting with startup activities, and maintaining safety compliance in a dairy processing environment with flexible shift coverage.

Qualifications

• Minimum of GED or High School Diploma preferred.
• Prior PIT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate palletizing equipment to maintain production line flow and efficiency.
• Use Inventory Management System handheld scanners to track inventory throughout shift.
• Load finished goods onto outbound trailers with proper labeling and documentation.
• Safely operate forklifts and other MHE per safety policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with startup activities, sanitation, and inventory setup as needed.
• Maintain dairy safety compliance and report hazards or incidents immediately.
