Job summary

Custom Fabricating & Supplies (CFS) in Brea, CA seeks a reliable Warehouse Clerk to support shipping/receiving and machine operations. This full-time, day-shift role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and hands-on cooperation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will load and verify shipments, pick and pack orders, operate forklifts and basic machinery, and help maintain inventory with attention to detail and timely execution. A high school diploma and manufacturing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred.
• Basic math skills (fractions/decimals).

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Use measuring devices to ensure product accuracy.
• Read and complete work orders.
• Calculate material usage.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Load, unload, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately.
• Check shipments against packing slips and work orders.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
• Transfer materials to proper warehouse locations.
• Ship orders using customer‑preferred carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight).
