Job summary

Winland Foods in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a Shipping and Material Handler to support production, packaging and shipping operations. You will safely operate forklifts, manage inventory, and ensure accurate material handling using SAP, FIFO/FEFO practices, and diligent documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating forklifts and SAP inventory management systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wrapping machines and other equipment; maintain documentation and follow safety regulations.
• Oversee FIFO inventory control and manage inbound/outbound shipments; tag and rotate materials.
• Support shipping/receiving; assist with procurement, space management and 5S efforts.
• Maintain accurate records in SAP and participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Train and assist team members; communicate warehouse status to other teams.
