Job summary

AGTEGRA COOPERATIVE in Twin Brooks, SD is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support loading, unloading, seed treating, and handling bulk chemicals. You will help maintain equipment, aid customers, and promote teamwork to improve facility operations.

The position requires a valid US driver’s license with CDL eligibility, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and tolerance for varied indoor/outdoor conditions. Competitive benefits include healthcare, retirement, PTO, and a clothing allowance.

Qualifications

Diploma/GED or 0-1 year related experience required.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
Must be 18 years or older.
Valid driver’s license with the ability to obtain a CDL.
Ability to perform physical job duties including lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing or stooping as needed.
Ability to work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions with PPE including a respirator.

Responsibilities

Executing processes and operating machinery for loading/unloading seed and chemicals, and seed treatment.
Inspecting buildings, grounds, and equipment and performing light maintenance or repairs.
Interacting with customers, peers, and management to provide excellent service and promote teamwork.
Adheres to safety regulations, policies, and procedures including OSHA and DOT.
