Job summary

Agtegra Cooperative in Columbia, SD, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Operator to support seed treating, bulk and packaged chemicals, and liquid fertilizer handling. You will help load/unload materials and assist with daily warehouse tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires a valid driver's license with CDL ability, physical work including lifting up to 50 pounds, and flexibility for overtime, weekends, or different shifts. Safety is a priority in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma/GED or 0-1 year related experience; or combination of education and experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to obtain a CDL.
• Ability to perform physical job duties including lifting up to 50 lbs with/without accommodation.
• Ability to work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions with PPE including a respirator.
• Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above).
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Ability to work overtime including weekends/holidays/different shifts.

Responsibilities

• Execute processes and operate machinery for loading/unloading seed and chemicals, and seed treatment.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment; troubleshoot and perform light maintenance.
• Interact with customers, peers, and management to provide service and promote teamwork.
• Adhere to safety regulations and DOT requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
