Job summary

IFF is hiring for an on-site Warehouse Associate in New Century, KS. The role focuses on receiving, inspecting, and processing inbound materials, and ensuring accurate storage and handling of goods.

You will pick, pack, and prepare orders while using warehouse systems to maintain records. Qualified candidates will operate forklifts safely, manage inventory with precision, and support cross-functional teams across production and distribution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process inbound materials, ensuring proper storage and handling.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders to meet delivery requirements.
• Use warehouse management and inventory systems to process transactions and maintain records.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely to move materials throughout the facility.
• Verify counts, labeling, and condition during receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Perform cycle counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Support safety, sanitation, quality, and environmental standards across operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support production and distribution goals.
