Webb Chemical Service Corporation seeks a Warehouse Operator to safely operate in a warehouse, stage containers for delivery, and operate a forklift while following Webb’s safety protocols, PPE, and instructions. Lift requirements and hazard awareness are emphasized.

The role emphasizes teamwork, self-motivation, and adaptability to changing tasks across multiple functions with a 2nd shift and potential OT.

What You Need

• Forklift Operator experience
• Self-Motivated
• Good housekeeping habits
• Handle and adjust to change in a positive manner
• Great communicator – ability to work on a team or individually
• Ability to recognize potential hazards and correct them
• Live and lead Webb’s Vision Map through PMA, GRACE, and The Platinum Rule
• Strong team player and leader with ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines

• Climb stairs/ladders; perform gripping/lifting tasks

Work Schedule

• 40 hours/week, OT as needed
• Monday-Friday, weekend work as needed
• 2nd shift: 2:30pm-10:30pm
• Lunch: as planned/scheduled per day
• Regular and consistent attendance
