Job summary

Kohler Co. is seeking a Warehouse Operator/Material Handler for Genuine Service Parts at our Kohler, Wisconsin facility. This role supports material flow, picking components, and packaging tasks in a fast-paced distribution center environment.

The position offers 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM with overtime, includes day-one benefits, health, dental, 401k, and opportunities for growth. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and pass safety and background checks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform in all areas of Genuine Service Parts.
• Kitting/Bagging of product at bagging machines, boxing benches and hand operation benches.
• Picking SK components in the SK warehouse.
• Ensure material flow with minimal direction by obtaining, analyzing, transporting, maintaining, or delivering material as required.
• Operate all PIVs as required.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand at a boxing bench for the shift.
• Perform repetitive movements.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Other duties as assigned.

Location: Onsite – Kohler, WI

Competitive Compensation: $2 5.20 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift, 6:00AM – 2:00 PM Plus Overtime

Any overtime would occur prior to the start time.

Warehouse Operator – GenuineService Parts for our Distribution Center. This position will be based at our Kohler, Wisconsin location. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality cast iron products.

Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

• Learn and efficiently perform in all areas of “Genuine Service Parts’. These areas include, but will not be limited to:

• Kitting/Bagging of product at bagging machines, boxing benches and hand operation benches

• Picking SK components in the SK warehouse

• Ensure material flow of the department with minimum direction by obtaining, analyzing, transporting, maintaining, or delivering material as required

• The ability to operate all PIVs, as required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required

• Must be able to stand at a boxing bench for an entire shift.

• Will be required to perform repetitive movements.
