Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Walton, KY is seeking a Warehouse Operator - Clerk. This full-time role handles customer orders, data entry, and shipping paperwork, with schedules 5:00am–5:30pm or 5:00pm–5:30am and a $2.50 shift differential.

Responsibilities include processing orders, coordinating with operations, maintaining records, and ensuring safety and quality standards. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required; prior customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse (warmer and colder months).
• Basic computer skills and working knowledge of computerized applications (Microsoft Suites).

Responsibilities

• Process all customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer orders.
• Coordinate special, last minute shipping requests with operations, expediting orders as needed.
• Maintain a good working relationship with customers and respond to inquiries.
• Enter and verify data regarding orders, shipments, and receipts in a timely manner.
