Job summary

MAPEI Corporation is hiring a Warehouse Operator in Tempe, AZ to manage inventory, prepare shipments, and maintain efficient warehouse operations. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and fast-paced teamwork in a production and distribution setting.

Responsibilities include pulling orders, processing shipments, forklift operation, inventory control, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Eligible for biannual bonuses, medical insurance, 401K with match, and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently; up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Pull and prepare orders while maintaining an organized shipping/receiving area.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments and verify accuracy against documents.
• Load and unload pallets and containers safely and efficiently.
• Pack shipping containers and product bags according to order specifications.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts and track orders to maintain documentation.
• Sort and organize materials on racks, shelves, or bins based on size, type, and product code.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Coordinate and document shipments, including Bills of Lading and tracking records.
• Report discrepancies or quality concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment per regulations.
