Job summary

Responsibilities

• Pull and prepare orders while maintaining an organized shipping and receiving area.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments and verify accuracy against documents.
• Load and unload pallets and containers safely and efficiently.
• Pack shipping containers and product bags according to order specifications.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts and track orders; maintain documentation.
• Sort and organize materials by size, type, and product code on racks or bins.
• Operate warehouse equipment (sit-down, stand-up, cherry-pickers, clamp, reach forklifts).
• Coordinate and document shipments; prepare Bills of Lading and tracking records.
• Report discrepancies or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment in compliance with regulations.
• Perform additional duties as required.

As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations by managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities

• Pull and prepare orders while maintaining an organized shipping and receiving area.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments and verify accuracy against documents.
• Load and unload pallets and containers safely and efficiently.
• Pack shipping containers and product bags according to order specifications.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts and track orders to maintain proper documentation.
• Sort and organize materials on racks, shelves, or bins based on size, type, and product code.
• Operate various types of warehouse equipment, including sit-down, stand-up, cherry-pickers, clamp, and reach forklifts.
• Coordinate and document shipments, including preparing Bills of Lading and tracking records.
• Report any discrepancies or quality concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Position Specific Details

• Base hourly payrate up to $18.90 p/hr, based on experience.
• Additional premium shift differential: $1.00 p/hr for 2nd shift and $2.00 p/hr for 3rd shift, if applicable.
