Job summary

Edwards Vacuum in Chandler, AZ is seeking a warehouse associate to assist in material flows for re-manufacturing and distribution. You will work in the warehouse team to support inventory control, product receiving, and shipping while driving improvements to meet customer satisfaction and efficiency.

The role involves verifying incoming deliveries, labeling and locating products, handling shipments, stocking shelves, and maintaining accurate stock records including spare parts and exchange pump

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a warehouse environment.
• Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Self-motivated with good time management.
• Willingness to drive continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming deliveries for quantity and quality.
• Label products and store them correctly.
• Identify and locate products during delivery.
• Handle shipping/receiving and maintain inventory records.
• Support on-time receiving and shipping to maximize service levels.
• Maintain shelves and rotate inventory and shelf-life.
• Manage spare parts and exchange pump pool inventory.
• Distribute materials to production areas.
• Receive and unload freight using equipment like forklifts.
• Support inventory optimization and vendor performance.
• Assist with equipment setup and warehouse maintenance.
• Maintain forklift certification and training responsibilities.
• Support operational projects and KPIs.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safe working environment.
• Adhere to safety standards.
