Edwards Vacuum is hiring for a Warehouse Operator in Buffalo, NY to support manufacturing and distribution. You will handle material flows, maintain inventory accuracy, and drive continuous improvement to meet targets. You will verify orders, stock shelves, and perform SAP transactions while ensuring safety and PPE compliance.

The role emphasizes strong communication, collaboration with global teams, and availability modeling to maximize service spares and inventory health.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Operations environment with knowledge of inventory management and supply chain.
• Strong working knowledge of inventory management systems and supply chain management.
• Knowledge of MRP transactions and planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Ships, receives, unloads, and handles materials, supplies, and equipment, and maintains inventory control and records.
• Verifies purchase orders and quantity/quality of orders.
• Stock shelves and rotate inventory; ensure shelf-life adherence and deliver/retrieve materials.
• Complete SAP transactions and maintain inventory controls, records and accuracy.
• Support KPI reporting for region KPI reporting by managing material holds and movements in SAP.
• Raise replacement orders and first-time requests; communicate supply issues.
• Support availability modeling using forecast data and Central Logistics tools.
• Adhere to PPE requirements and safety procedures; operate powered pallet jacks and forklifts if needed.
• Maintain accuracy of pump pool, finished goods, and spare parts inventory and records.
