Employment Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $18.50/hr - $25/hr

Work Hours/Shift/Remote: Must be willing and able to work any assigned shift ranging from first, second, or third shift. Work schedule may be Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Saturday, or some combination thereof based on business needs.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Inspect carriers/trailers of inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Escort drivers always when in the facility.
  • Receive and unload freight, check for damaged goods, verify items and quantities received with BOL, Packing List, PO, etc.
  • Move materials as required for sampling, inspection, status label changes, etc.
  • Move materials from Quarantine to Released or Rejected areas as directed by Warehouse Management.
  • Perform dispensing activities for Packaging and Raw materials.
  • Pick materials from Released inventory following GMP rules as required per production schedule, pick list, or production record requirement.
  • Make the necessary documentation entries.
  • Deliver materials to specified locations in the warehouse.
  • Load outbound freight as specified in BOLs after confirming material or production descriptions, lot numbers, count and quantities.
  • Perform inventory counts as required.
  • Maintain assigned areas in a clean and orderly state. Perform minor and spot cleaning as required.
  • Verify documentation and reports for accuracy.
  • Comply with all aspects of quality management system, cGMP policies, documentation and record keeping in accordance with industry and FDA standards and Safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Other duties assigned as required by Warehouse Management.

Education Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent experience)

Experience:

  • Two (2) to five (5) years minimum of direct work experience in warehousing. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in pharmaceutical warehousing.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.
  • Must have legible handwriting, and the ability to perform accurate documentation.
  • Must be able to read and write English.
  • Must be able to count accurately and have good basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.
  • Must be organized, capable of following instructions, and can coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Must be willing to work in a generic pharmaceutical warehouse setting.
  • Must have the physical ability, coordination, skills, and judgment necessary to operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks safely and without damage to materials, equipment, or facilities.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, in a safe manner.
