Qualifications

Job Title: Warehouse Operator II/III

Salary Range (Base/ Hourly): $18.50/hr - $20/hr

Work Hours/Shift/Remote

Must be willing and able to work any assigned shift, including first, second, or third shift. Schedules may include Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Saturday, or a combination thereof, based on business needs.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities
  • Inspect carriers/trailers of inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Escort drivers at all times within the facility.
  • Receive and unload freight, check for damages, verify items and quantities with BOL, Packing List, PO, etc.
  • Move materials for sampling, inspection, status label updates, etc.
  • Transfer materials from Quarantine to Released or Rejected areas as directed.
  • Perform dispensing activities for packaging and raw materials.
  • Pick materials from inventory following GMP rules as per production schedule or pick list.
  • Document all necessary entries accurately.
  • Deliver materials to specified warehouse locations.
  • Load outbound freight after confirming descriptions, lot numbers, counts, and quantities.
  • Conduct inventory counts as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned areas, perform minor cleaning as needed.
  • Verify documentation and reports for accuracy.
  • Comply with all quality management system, cGMP policies, documentation, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Warehouse Management.
Education Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent experience.

Experience

Minimum of 2 to 5 years of direct warehousing experience, preferably in pharmaceutical warehousing. Forklift experience is a plus.

Skills/Competencies
  • Legible handwriting and accurate documentation skills.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Accurate counting and basic math skills.
  • Organized, able to follow instructions, and coordinate multiple activities.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Willingness to work in a pharmaceutical warehouse setting.
  • Physical ability to operate material handling equipment safely, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
