Job summary

Purple Innovation, LLC in Utah is seeking an Operator II to support daily warehouse distribution tasks including receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and assembly. You will coordinate with your team and leaders to meet goals and ensure inventory accuracy and on-time orders.

The role requires safe work practices, ability to operate forklifts and PIT equipment, strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork. Full-time schedule about 30–40 hours per week, with benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Understanding of quality expectations.
• Ability to use technology-related equipment (mobile scanners, radios, tablets, computers).
• Ability to pass a drug test and certification for PIT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily tasks in Warehousing: picking, packing, kitting, receiving, and inventory control.
• Operates a forklift and prepares product for use throughout the facility.
• Maintains lean workflows with supervision to meet schedules.
• Ensures accuracy and quality of materials and completes tasks safely.
• Operates PIT equipment and other DC machinery as required.
