Job summary

Purple Innovation, LLC is hiring for an Operator II in the Shipping Department in Utah. The role handles daily warehouse distribution tasks including receiving, shipping, assembly, material handling, and related DC duties under supervision to meet goals and inventory accuracy.

You will operate a forklift and pallet stretch-wrapping machine, work with a team to maintain lean workflows, and demonstrate safe working practices while ensuring quality and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Understanding of quality expectations.
• Ability to use technology-related equipment (scanners, radios, tablets, computers).
• Ability to pass a drug test and certification for all PIT equipment.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Teamwork and safety-conscious mindset.
• Strong decision-making with a results-driven approach.
• Physical ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily tasks in the Warehousing Department, including picking, packing, kitting of materials, receiving, inventory control, operating a forklift, preparing product for use throughout facility.
• Ensure all required materials are accounted for and ready for upcoming orders.
• Works closely with your supervisor to maintain a lean and efficient workflow to meet schedules.
• Contributes to the Team Effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Ensure Purple’s excellence in quality is maintained.
