Purple Innovation, LLC is hiring an Operator II for our Utah distribution center. The role focuses on daily warehouse tasks such as receiving, shipping, packing, and inventory control, with forklift operation and material handling.

You will coordinate with team leaders to meet goals and maintain safe, efficient workflows. We value accuracy, reliability, and teamwork, with a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Understanding of quality expectations.
• Ability to use technology-related equipment (Mobile scanners, radios, tablets, computers).
• Ability to pass a drug test and certification for PIT equipment.
• Outstanding communication skills.

• Strong decision-making and results-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily tasks in Warehousing: picking, packing, kitting, receiving, inventory control.
• Operate forklift and prepare products for use throughout facility.
• Ensure materials are accounted for and ready for upcoming orders.
• Work closely with supervisor to maintain lean, efficient workflow and schedules.
• Maintain Purple's excellence in quality and safety; pass required certifications.
• Operate pallet stretch-wrapping machine.
