Job summary

National Sugar Marketing is seeking a Warehouse Operator I at our Bensenville, IL facility to assist with loading, unloading, storage, and movement of bagged sugar. You will help maintain inventory accuracy and food safety while supporting a safe and efficient warehouse environment.

You will train alongside experienced Operators II & III, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to timely order fulfillment, proper documentation, and adherence to GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License or State-Issued Identification.
• Ability to work safely in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attendance and dependability.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading/unloading railcars and trucks containing bagged sugar.
• Store and move products safely throughout the warehouse.
• Prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify inbound shipments from partner facilities.
• Assist with inventory control and warehouse documentation.
• Ensure outbound trucks and railcars are sealed and documented.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment.
• Participate in safety and food safety training.
