Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation in Arlington, TX is hiring a Warehouse Operator I to safely manage inventory, receive and ship goods, and move products with forklifts, cranes, and other equipment. The role reports to the Warehouse Manager, follows OSHA guidelines, and requires a minimum of one year in a similar setting; onsite schedule Monday–Saturday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM with rotating Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in transportation or metals warehousing preferred.
• Experience with forklifts, overhead cranes, track mobile, and RFID scanners preferred.
• Microsoft Office literacy with ability to type at least 30 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Open warehouse and prepare for work day; lights, doors, etc.
• Ensure safe working conditions and OSHA compliance.
• Operate remote-controlled cranes, forklifts and other equipment to move products.
• Operate track mobile to maneuver rail cars in and out of the building.
• Follow company guidelines for safe loading/unloading of material.
• Pull work orders and receive/ship via handheld scanner.
• Inspect material and note any exceptions or damages.
• Organize material and inventory within the warehouse.
• Complete daily paperwork and record data.
• Participate in meetings and cross-training as needed.
