Job summary

Medline Industries, LP, Arlington Heights, IL, is seeking warehouse staff to pick and ship orders, handle raw materials, and support production workflows. You will operate light equipment, use RF tracking, and maintain accurate inventory while keeping a clean, safe work area.

This role often requires overtime and potential off-site work depending on business needs. The position emphasizes English communication, basic math, and physical endurance, with a typical requirement to stand 8 hours and

Qualifications

Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
Basic math (addition and subtraction).
Must be able to stand for 8 hours per day for up to 6 days a week.
Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
Must be able to Bend, twist, reach, push, lift for extended periods daily.
May need to work at off-site warehouse based on business needs.
Must be able to work daily overtime (2-3 hours) on regular basis up to 6 days a week.
Previous warehouse experience.
Certified on wave and order picker.

Responsibilities

Open cartons with safety knife; grasp and pull part; knot poly bags; break down corrugate.
Operate light machinery to pick orders and move materials within the warehouse.
Read orders and fulfill orders using RF tracker.
View inventory in AS400 and maintain accuracy.
Maintain clean/safe work area.
