Job summary

Medline is seeking a warehouse order picker to support production orders, sample orders, and intercompany transfers. You will receive raw materials, pack and ship finished goods, and use RF devices and the AS/400 system to track inventory.

A strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, and timely fulfillment is required. The role requires English communication, basic math, and physical stamina to stand all day, lift up to 60 lbs, and work 6 days per week with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must read, write and communicate in English.
• Basic arithmetic skills including addition and subtraction.
• Ability to stand 8 hours/day, up to 6 days/week.
• Lift up to 60 lbs.
• Bend, twist, reach, push, lift for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders for production work orders, samples, and intercompany transfers.
• Receive raw materials to meet demand and ensure timely availability.
• Ship finished products for distribution.
• Open cartons and prepare items for processing.
• Identify and resolve packaging/labeling issues quickly.
• Maintain clean and safe work area.
