Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking warehouse team members to pick orders, receive raw materials, and ship finished products for distribution. You will work in a fast-paced facility supporting healthcare manufacturing and patient care.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 60 lbs, stand all day, and operate light equipment. Training includes RF tracking, AS400 access, and wave/order picker certification; overtime is common to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours per day, up to 6 days a week.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must bend, twist, reach, push and lift for extended periods daily.
• May need to work at off-site warehouse based on business needs.
• Must be able to work daily overtime (2-3 hours) on regular basis up to 6 days a week.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Certified on wave and order picker.

Responsibilities

• Open cartons with safety knife; knot poly bags; break down corrugate.
• Operate light machinery (pallet jacks, order picking machines) to pick orders and move materials.
• Read orders and fulfill using RF tracker for transactions, maintaining performance per ProTrack.
• Use AS400 system to view inventory.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
