Job summary

Sleep Number Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Operator I to safely execute daily tasks in the facilities operation, including picking, packing, and prep of orders, plus basic inventory handling.

You will work with Oracle WMS and hand-held scanners, perform 5S housekeeping, and participate in continuous improvement, assembly support, and safe operation of wrapping tools and balers. Overtime and weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience in pick and pack is preferred.
• Ability to operate basic hand tools.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Good organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurately picking, packing, and prepping finished goods
• Operate within Oracle WMS using hand-held scanner
• Perform 5S activities and general housekeeping duties
• Follow process for proper handling of inventory to ensure accuracy
• Actively participate in continuous improvement activities
• Assist in assembly process
• Safely operate mechanized wrapping and banding tools and assembly bagger
• Safely operate the balers to assist in mattress and plastic disposal
