Job summary

Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a warehouse line worker to perform line-based tasks focused on picking, packing, and sorting to meet daily production goals.

You will use a warehouse management system to track inventory, receive shipments, inspect items for damage, and store them properly. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, basic math, and the ability to follow safety procedures while operating material handling equipment.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move heavy boxes for long periods.
• Attention to detail to ensure accurate picking, packing, and labeling.
• Basic computer skills to use warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Basic math skills for inventory checks and simple calculations.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: accurately picking products based on orders and scanning for accuracy.
• Packing: securely packaging products with protective materials and labeling.
• Inventory management: maintain stock levels with regular cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Receiving and processing shipments: unload, inspect for damage, and sort for storage.
• Labeling and sorting: apply labels and sort items to designated areas.
• Operating warehouse equipment: safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar equipment as needed.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety: keep workspace clean and adhere to safety regulations.
• Teamwork and collaboration: work with teammates to meet daily production targets.
