Job summary

Alcon is seeking an Operator I for Warehouse & Distribution Operations on the D shift (4 nights on, 4 nights off). This on-site role involves handling tasks in warehouses, optimizing storage and material flows, and managing inventory and shipments. Certification for equipment may be required, with strict SOP adherence and accurate documentation.

Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent and fluency in English. Relocation sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

Handle manual or operational tasks within warehouses and distribution centers to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
Optimize storage space and material flows while maintaining safety and efficiency.
Manage inventory and coordinate shipments.
Operate equipment, which may require certification.
Follow established procedures with minimal decision-making authority.
Adhere to SOPs and maintain accurate documentation for compliance.
Ensure high-quality control and reliability in all tasks.
Complete required training and contribute to continuous improvement.
