Techtronic Industries is hiring for an Operator II (2nd shift) at the Greer, SC facility. The role supports inbound, outbound, and processing duties in a large-scale distribution center, including palletizing, unloading, and order fulfillment.

Candidates must be capable of long shifts, weekend work, and operating powered industrial equipment with appropriate safety PPE. Responsibilities include forklift operation, inventory counts, and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Must possess physical dexterity to perform required tasks.
• Basic math skills for weight checks and counting.

• Ability to operate lifts and equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Inbound: unload, palletize, and sort freight.
• Outbound: build pallets, load trailers, and ship orders.
• Processing: full pallet picking and replenishment; RAFT storage retrieval.
• Autostore detashing and belt duties; follow SOPs and accuracy rules.
• Perform manual inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Other duties as assigned by supervision.
