Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Moreno Valley, CA is seeking a warehouse associate to pick and ship orders, receive materials, and support production and intercompany transfers. You will read orders, use RF tracker, and work with AS400 for inventory.

You must be able to stand 8 hours, lift up to 60 lbs, and perform daily overtime. Prior warehouse experience and certification as a wave/order picker are preferred. We offer benefits and a competitive total rewards package.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Basic math skills (addition/subtraction) required.
• Stand for 8 hours per day, up to 6 days a week.
• Lift up to 60 lbs and perform bending/reaching/pushing daily.
• Overtime availability 2–3 hours, up to 6 days weekly.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred and certified on wave/order picker.

Responsibilities

• Open cartons with safety knife, handle materials, and break down corrugate.
• Operate light machinery (pallet jacks, order picking machines) for efficient picking and material movement.
• Read orders and fulfill using RF tracker; maintain performance per ProTrack.
• Use AS400 to view inventory and conduct transactions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Open cartons with safety knife; grasp and pull part; knot poly bags; break down corrugate.
• Operate light machinery (e.g., pallet jacks, order picking machines) to efficiently pick orders and move materials within the warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Read orders and fulfill orders by using RF tracker for transactions while maintaining performance to standard based on Performance Management System (ProTrack).
• Use AS400 system to view our inventory.
• Maintain clean/safe work area.

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

• May need to work at off-site warehouse based on business needs.
• Must be able to work daily overtime (2-3 hours) on regular basis up to 6 days a week.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$18.75 - $27.25 Hourly

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
