Job summary

Medline Industries, LP in Laredo, TX is seeking a Warehouse Order Picker to support production and materials transfers. You will pick orders, receive raw materials, and ship finished products for distribution, using RF tracking and AS/400 for inventory accuracy.

The role requires standing up to 8 hours daily, lifting up to 60 lbs, basic math skills, and willingness to work overtime. A high school diploma and prior warehouse experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Basic math (addition and subtraction).
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours per day for up to 6 days a week.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. - Must be able to Bend, twist, reach, push, lift for extended periods daily.
• May need to work at off-site warehouse based on business needs.
• Must be able to work daily overtime (2-3 hours) on regular basis up to 6 days a week.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$15.50 - $22.50 Hourly

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
