Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support order deliveries and material handling within our Texas facility. You will operate warehouse equipment, stage materials, and ensure accurate ERP data entry to support production and shipping processes.

Requirements include a High School diploma and forklift certification, along with the ability to read, write, and speak English. This on-site role offers a competitive hourly wage and benefits aligned with Medline standards.

Responsibilities

  • Receive raw materials and supplies; process requisitions; slot materials in storage locations.
  • Stage raw materials in production areas and production rooms.
  • Enter information in ERP systems accurately and timely.
  • Move finished goods from production to slot locations after QA release.
  • Perform cycle counts to verify material accuracy.
  • Maintain material handling equipment (batteries, charging, maintenance).
  • Operate hand truck, cart, dollies, forklift, order-picker, and walkie to move items within the facility.

Job Summary

Ensure efficient and accurate order deliveries while operating warehouse equipment to move and/or locate product appropriately.

Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Receive raw material and supplies. Process material requisitions. Slot material in storage locations.
  • Stage raw material in production locations and in the production room.
  • Ensure information, transactions, and adjustments are accurately entered into the ERP systems.
  • Move finished goods from production floor to slot location until QA completes quality testing and releases products for shipping.
  • Perform cycle count to confirm accuracy of the raw materials and finished goods.
  • Ability to performance general maintenance related to material handling equipment such as battery charging, battery exchange, battery maintenance (water, checklist, etc.) and general warehouse cleanup.
  • Operate hand truck, cart, dollies, forklift, order-picker, and walkie to transport stored items from line to appropriate location within the facility.

The Anticipated Salary Range For This Position

$16.50 - $24.00 Hourly

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
