Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join our team. The role involves operating machinery to move materials for shipping, processing, and receiving, including unloading, scanning, moving, staging, loading, locating, picking, relocating, and stacking product.
Responsibilities include organizing materials, fulfilling customer worksheets, locating and transporting items, assembling orders, and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Overtime may be required based on business needs.

Due to continued growth we are in need of a Warehouse Operator to join our team. The Warehouse Operator is an integral part of our team’s success. Our Warehouse Operators are responsible for operating machinery to move materials around a facility for shipping, processing and receiving. This might include unloading, scanning, moving, staging, loading, locating, picking, relocating, and stacking product.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $16.50–$23.00 hourly. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average. For employees working less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions and access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups, and the Employee Service Corp.
