Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a Warehouse Associate to pick, pack, and prepare orders to support productions work orders, sample orders, and intercompany transfers. The role is based in Howell Township, NJ, and involves loading/unloading, shelving, and ensuring on-time delivery.

You will operate RF scanners, use AS400 for inventory, and maintain a clean, safe work area with overtime as needed. The position offers a competitive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Basic math skills (addition/subtraction) required.
• Must stand for 8 hours per day, up to 6 days a week.
• Must lift up to 60 lbs and bend/reach/push daily.
• Overtime of 2–3 hours may be required weekly.
• Certified on wave and order picker is preferred.

• Open cartons with a safety knife, pull parts, and bag materials.
• Operate order picking machine at height and wave machine at 10 ft.
• Read orders and fulfill via RF tracker while meeting performance standards.
• Use AS400 system to view and manage inventory.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Open cartons with safety knife; grasp and pull part; knot poly bags; break down corrugate.
• Operate order picking machine at extreme heights; operate wave machine at 10 feet.
• Read orders and fulfill orders by using RF tracker for transactions while maintaining performance to standard based on Performance Management System (ProTrack).
• Use AS400 system to view our inventory.
• Maintain clean/safe work area.

Required Experience

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Basic math (addition and subtraction).
• Must be able to stand for 8 hours per day for up to 6 days a week.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. - Must be able to Bend, twist, reach, push, lift for extended periods daily.
• May need to work at off-site warehouse based on business needs.
• Must be able to work daily overtime (2-3 hours) on regular basis up to 6 days a week.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Certified on wave and order picker.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$17.25 - $25.00 Hourly

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
