Unilever Raeford is hiring a Basic Operator to operate warehouse and production equipment, troubleshoot faults, and adjust processes to maintain quality and efficiency. You’ll execute quality checks, follow SOPs, and actively support safety and housekeeping standards.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED and 1–3 years in manufacturing or warehousing, with forklift experience. This is a full-time, onsite role offering a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–3 years manufacturing or warehousing experience.
• Forklift experience required.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse/production equipment and troubleshoot process faults to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Perform quality checks on the line and follow SOPs/OPLs.
• Lead safety practices and follow LOTO and GMP/GDP standards.
• Support housekeeping and 5S practices in the work area.
• Train new teammates and assist with changeovers, startup, and shutdowns.
