Unilever is hiring a Basic Operator for its Raeford, NC facility. You will operate warehouse and production equipment, troubleshoot faults, and adjust processes to ensure quality and efficiency.

The role emphasizes safety, GMP/GDP compliance, and adherence to SOPs while supporting continuous improvement activities. The position requires 1–3 years of manufacturing/warehousing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and forklift experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing/warehousing experience.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, crouch, and bend for extended periods.
• May lift 5–50 pounds, 15–40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse/production equipment and troubleshoot faults.
• Perform quality checks on line and follow SOPs/OPLs.
• Lead changeovers, start-up, and shutdown of equipment.
• Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards.
• Follow GMP/GLP/GDP and safety programs.
