Phase2 Technology is looking for an operations assistant at its grain warehouse in Chicago, Illinois. The successful candidate will assist with daily operational duties including overseeing inventory quality, following maintenance schedules, and aiding warehouse staff.

SALARY RANGE:$1.00-$100,000.00
Under the direction of the Grain Warehouse Superintendent, this position is to assist in daily operational duties at the facility.
Normally requires a high school diploma or the equivalent thereof.
Experience in preventing and repairing concrete spalling preferred.
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Ability to work extended hours, beyond those considered "normal", during busy time periods.
Must be willing to obtain and maintain a forklift certificate and CDL.
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK's policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to base pay, certain roles may be eligible for bonuses, incentives, and commissions.
