Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse Experience, Preferred.
• Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb, frequently.
• Ability to actively work in all weather conditions - extreme heat and cold.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and comply with company and regulatory safety/environmental policies, practices and procedures.
• Maintain highest level of confidentiality, customer service and professionalism to promote a positive image of the company.
• Manage receipt of goods to be stored in the warehouse; identify an appropriate and safe location for each item.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack to load/unload trucks and move finished, palletized product.
• Process all necessary shipping and receiving documentation and enter information into Microsoft Business Central.
• Monitor inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data storage systems.
• Coordinate with production team to ensure physical counts and reconciling with data storage systems.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized by performing daily housekeeping duties.
• Verify all goods are received in good condition; take corrective action when missing product or errors are identified.
• Prepare shipments - accurately pick orders, determine pickup/delivery method, ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Pick all components needed for production per Release Production Orders distributed by Production Manager.
• Accept phone calls related to shipping dates and provide information to customer in professional manner.
• Coordinate with carriers on shipping/receiving schedules and rates.
