Job summary

Artex Manufacturing in Redwood Falls, MN is seeking hands-on individuals to join its Warehouse Team. You will operate forklift and pallet jack, receive and ship goods, and maintain accurate inventory.

This full-time role offers a guaranteed starting wage of $24.27 per hour, regular increases, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, and a strong 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb, frequently.
• Ability to actively work in all weather conditions - extreme heat and cold.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and pallet jack to load/unload trucks and move finished, palletized product.
• Process all necessary shipping and receiving documentation and enter information into Microsoft Business Central
• Monitor inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling with data storage systems
• Coordinate with production team to ensure physical counts and reconciling with data storage systems
• Keep warehouse clean and organized by performing daily housekeeping duties
• Verify all goods are received in good condition; take corrective action when missing product or errors are identified
• Prepare shipments - accurately pick orders, determine pickup/delivery method, ensure timely delivery of orders
• Pick all components needed for production per Release Production Orders distributed by Production Manager
• Accept phone calls related to shipping dates and provide information to customer in professional manner
• Coordinate with carriers on shipping/receiving schedules and rates

Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Work safely and comply with company and regulatory safety/environmental policies, practices and procedures
• Maintain highest level of confidentiality, customer service and professionalism to promote a positive image of the company
