Job summary

Farmers Union Industries is seeking an Entry-level Warehouse Worker for our Artex Manufacturing site in Redwood Falls, MN. The role supports inventory control, shipping/receiving, and general warehouse duties on the 1st shift (6:00am–4:30pm), Monday–Thursday with optional Friday overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to operate forklift and pallet jack.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and climb frequently.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and comply with safety/environmental policies, practices and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality, customer service and professionalism.
• Manage receipt of goods and assign locations in the warehouse.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack to load/unload and move product.
• Process shipping/receiving documents and enter data in Microsoft BC.
• Monitor inventory levels with physical counts and data reconciliation.
• Coordinate with production to reconcile counts and data.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized with daily housekeeping.
• Verify goods condition and take corrective action as needed.
• Prepare shipments, pick orders, determine pickup/delivery method.
