Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a warehouse associate in Minnesota to operate forklifts and cherry pickers for unloading, pick parts, and prepare orders for shipment. You will weigh products, verify part numbers, and ensure orders are accurate for customers.

You will maintain stock and assist in inventory counts, while upholding safety and cleanliness standards. Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, 1+ years of related experience, RF handheld experience, and forklift/cherry picker

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of related job experience preferred.
• RF handheld experience preferred.
• Certified to operate forklifts and cherry pickers.
• Strong proficiency in English communication including reading, writing, and verbal interactions.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and cherry pickers for unloading and order picking.
• Accurately pick parts and weigh product using proper scales.
• Verify part numbers and quantities with high accuracy.
• Pack orders into shipping cartons and ensure all components are correct for the customer.
• Read customer order notes and fulfill special requirements.
• Maintain stock of warehouse and shipping supplies.
• Assist in inventory counts and audits as needed.
• Report stock issues to Lead or Supervisor.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance.
